Yoga Awareness

QUARTERLY JOURNAL OF YOCOCEN

The International Yoga Co-ordination Centre came into existence in January 1977. It was decided at its first meeting to publish a quarterly journal dedicated to the awakening and developing Yoga-awareness in our times. Consequently, after the
official formalities were completed in May, 1977, the
first issue of Yoga Awareness was brought out.

Yococen is thankful to all the members and others who have contributed directly or indirectly to the publication of this journal. It is your journal and it is for you to help
continue its regular publication.
